Gambhir: Leaders in Regenerative PRP & PRF Medicine
What’s the Difference Between PRP and PRF?
- PRF is prepared by processing the patient’s blood to concentrate platelets, growth factors, and other bioactive proteins
- PRF is a more advanced, fine-tuned version of PRP
- Both are fantastic rejuvenating procedures, but you may be recommended one over the other depending on your treatment goals
PRP + PRF
When combined, PRP and PRF can complement each other to produce optimal results in facial rejuvenation. Here’s how:
- PRP is known for its ability to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture
PRF is valued for its longer-lasting effects and ability to provide a scaffold for tissue regeneration - The liquid consistency of PRP allows for easy application across a larger treatment area, while the thicker PRF can be used to target specific areas that require more volume and support
- This combination approach harnesses the unique benefits of both PRP and PRF to deliver comprehensive facial rejuvenation results that are natural-looking and long-lasting
- This dual action also results in improved skin texture, tone, and volume, making the combination of PRP and
- PRF a powerful and effective option for achieving comprehensive facial rejuvenation with natural and long-lasting results

PRP & PRF Procedure
We will begin your PRP & PRF procedure by drawing your blood into a syringe. This is a relatively small amount compared to blood donation, which removes 500cc. The blood is spun in a special centrifuge to separate its components. The Plasma therapy component is then injected into the area to be treated.
Alternatively, the plasma blood can be directly injected into targeted sites to:
- Treat under-eye bags and dark circles
- Give volume to the lips or cheeks
- Help promote hair growth
- Smooth wrinkles
- Soften scars
